Gluten Free Strawberry Lemon Blondies

These we so perfect for our Friday Family Movie Night for dessert.
Blondies
• 1 cup butter room temperature
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice or you can use lemon juice concentrate
• 2 1/4 cups gf flour (if you are not gf you can us all purpose flour)
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup diced fresh strawberries or frozen but let them thaw if using frozen
Glaze
• 1 cup powdered sugar, add more if you glaze is too thin.
• 2 Strawberries
• 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
