Before you say anything, yes, I know The Palace is not a diner it's a karaoke bar. I always assumed it was a diner and never bothered to fact-check that's on me.
Rags was a 2012 Nickelodeon original movie. I remember liking it but definitely forgot about it over the years. After watching it again, I can see how its fans still love it. It's a shame Nickelodeon hasn't made many movies like these.
