This is the Hall of Fame's video, converted from a VHS they sent me in the mail after the event! I attended this as a teenager and recently realized there is nothing online from this reunion! Thought it was time this wonderful piece of history is shared.

( #BACKSTORY I grew up near Cooperstown and randomly heard about this event from the local newspaper when I was in HS. My friend and I were obsessed with this movie as kids and this reunion was the coolest thing that could have ever happened to us at this stage in our lives. I'll never forget how gracious both the ALOTO crew and the Hall of Fame employees were, helping 2 wide-eyed kids live a dream that wknd! It was a members-only event, but the HOF staff saw our naive/excited/desperate faces, and went out of their way to help us get in and be part of it. They even mailed us the tapes of the event for free after when we asked if they had any footage. Life-changing! The ALOTO cast couldn't be any cooler, patiently visiting with every fan and sharing so many pieces of history from this classic work. They were all completely and effortlessly invested in the event and in the legacy of this film. Same goes for the legendary AAGPBL players in attendance- what an honor to hear their history firsthand. Thank you all. And pls dont delete the video tks!! #history )
