My 3rd 60k week in a row and I have an awesome week planned!
I'm aiming to get another 2000m elevation over the next 7 days, and the best way to do that is to head to Brecon
This week I'll be doing the majority of me elevation in a weekend of back to back long runs.
Thankfully next weekend is my recovery week.
Welcome to my VLOG about Becoming an Ultra Runner.
I'm building up from Half Marathon distance races to my first 50k ultra marathon and eventually up to 100-mile race distances.
The vlog will cover all aspects of my ultramarathon training, such as training plans, running, gear, diet, and fitting that all around my busy work life.

Trying to keep to the following schedule is tough, but I absolutely love every day and film these vlogs helps me stay on target. The 80/20 running is working well for me.
Monday - Legs Day,
Tuesday - Running (Intervals)
Wednesday - Easy Run (Active Recovery)
Thursday - Trail Running
Friday - Circuits
Saturday - Running (Active Recovery)
