Mark Duggan was shot dead by police in Tottenham five years ago, triggering the London riots, which spread to other English cities.
The man accused of starting the violence and looting in 2011 has told Sky News that he believes it could happen again, claiming the feelings of anger and alienation are as strong as ever.
He's been speaking to Sky's Social Affairs editor Afua Hirsch.
