Got a webcam that isn’t working on centos. So we are switching to a newer kernel to see if this fixes the issue. The webcam worked out of the box on fedora.

I stopped the video because it got boring I’m six minutes in and hoping this works and doesn’t mess anything up with my software configurations. I didn’t do a back up before this kernel switch. Bad but whatevs. If there is a problem I can reboot and switch back to my old kernel.
