Its fast way to get spec but need silver.

4-Dungeons/Clear dungeons.

5-Combat fame/To get Combat fame you should have boots or weapon or jacket or helmet lvl100 Spec
For example , you have Battleaxe or Greataxe lvl100 spec and you want to spec Another weapon like Cursed staff
So you can Killing mobs and clear dungeon by Greataxe or battle axe to earn (Combat fame)
With this (Combat fame points) you can Lvl up or spec Anything you like for example Cursed staff
knowing that you didnt play cursed staff before.
