This week we visited The Bombay Sapphire Distillery Tour near Winchester, Hampshire. This gin distillery in a historic red-brick mill with guided tours, tastings, small cafe & a shop. We discover the secrets of Bombay Sapphire gin on the site of a former paper mill, learn about the aromatics they use in their recipe and the rare production processes used to make their gin.
