Kristinia Joe from the Kwikwetlem Nation has generously given permission to all of Coquitlam School District staff and students to use this 'Blessing Song' whenever they feel it is appropriate to use at their gatherings. It can be used as a blessing prior to a meal or at a gathering.
Songs are typically learnt by practicing and hearing it orally, however you can follow the vocables (sounds) to assist with the rhythm of the song.
