If you caught our post about D&B team member Jessica's suspiciously cute boots, you know there was a big debate over whether or not her stylish boots are steel toe and OSHA compliant. The debate was pretty evenly split down the middle, with half knowing Jessica would never break the rules and always follow D&B Construction Group's safety first model, and the other half was simply in denial that shoes this cute could be OSHA compliant.
We decided it was best to have a quick sit down with our Safety Director, Tom, to get his final verdict. He tells us about what he originally thought when he first saw Jessica wearing these shoes on an active job site.
