Difference between Few, A few, The Few, Little, A Little, The Little.
Few - Used with countable nouns. Few are also used with plural nouns.

Little - Used with uncountable nouns. Little is used with singular nouns.

What is the Difference between few, a few, the few, little, a little, the little?

Examples :

Few - The few pens that she had been of no use.

A Few - Though she has a few pens those pens are enough for the work to be done.

The Few - The few pens that she had were all useful.

Little - There is a little salt left which will not add taste to the food.

A Little - There is a little salt left which will add taste to the food.

The Little - The Little salt that was left, I had used it all.
