Project Versus J is confirmed to be for PS3 and PS Vita. :D
I'm glad it's not for 3DS or WiiU because of region locks. The scan shows Goku, Luffy and Toriko fighting each other using their signature attacks. Luffy uses Gomu Gomu no Stamp and Gomu Gomu no Pistol in another panel, Toriko uses one of his Kugi Punches/Nail Punch and Goku uses Kamehameha. The character roster isn't limited to those series and the game is said to be like Jump Ultimate Stars, because people can vote on which characters they want in. There is also Naruto shown running behind Goku in the panel where Luffy kicks him.
