Описание: This is a fun acro flow incorporating some cool balance poses like needles and baby hand to hands, with tempo pops and smooth flowing acro machines.

We created and taught this flow for a workshop that we gave in Girona for the wonderful acroyoga community there.

This flow was originally created and performed by Laura and Caspian, and we are happy to share it with you so you too can try it out.
