WHALE Watching Gone VERY WRONG

Описание: On the ninth day of my trip around Iceland, I decided to spoil myself for all my hard work and went on a Whale Watching Tour. Which in fact, didn't end up so good...

I was staying for several days in Reykjavik, the capital of Iceland. On my last day, I decided to become a tourist for the first time in my life... Woke up early and booked a ticket for a Whale Watching Tour. Embarked on the boat and we sailed deep in the Atlantic Ocean. It was more that forty minutes in, that we were supposed to see some whales but they just didn't want to show up. The tour guide said that we will see them from moment moment, so I went to the lower deck, in order to have a better look and get nice looking shots with my camera. That ended up in a disaster though, as the captain decided to make fast manoeuvres on the waves. Which resulted in making us all at the lower deck totally wet. Including my camera... After thirty minutes fighting with the sea, the captain decided to turn the boat back to Reykjavik and I got inside totally defeated. I had spent a lot of money, we didn't see not a single whale and I was totally wet!
After returning back to the shore, I returned home and slept, in order to forget. After that, on the same day I packed my stuff and headed to the airport. The time had finally come, after 7 months of working in Iceland, to return back home in Greece.
