In order to get this ending, you have choose and complete all the rescue mode missions in the shift section of the game and complete every single secret minigame, after completing said rescue mode of the shift, you will be put in a minigame where there will be a hint to how to find the secret minigames which are found in nights 2-6, you get the secret ending after completing the final secret minigame in night 6 so you don't have to go through all 7 nights to get this ending.

This is yet another really good route with a great story, some of the minigames (especially cyangle's, mindy's, and most definitely the last one) are quite repetitive and can be quite annoying to get through sometimes, but the ending is great and I love what was done.

I don't think you are able to get the secret ending if you fail to capture one of the monsters and they escape as the minigame after wont play anymore.

The hints in the minigames after rescue mode missions are as follows:
First minigame: go to the room below and there will be some words to the left of the screen that says: "Funtoon Jacky. CYAN" this means in the next night, you have to click funtoon jacky in camera 1A: maintenance room FIRST and obtain their memories. Afterwards you have to click cyangle in camera 2A: hallway 1 and obtain the ghost detector and that's it for night 2.

Second minigame: Talk to violet and she will say "touch a head 10 times and you can also redo something." this means in the next night, you have to click funtoon javier's head in the office window 10 times FIRST and obtain dev mode. Afterwards you have to click funtoon jacky in camera 1A: maintenance room and save the soul there and that's it for night 3.

Third minigame: go to the room below and there will be 2 things listed to the left. The first is a code: "579180" and the second one says "Touch it 20 times." this means in the next night, you have to FIRST type the code "579180" in the office, if this doesn't work right away, just spam the numbers until it works. Save the soul there then afterwards, touch the funtoon javier head in the office 20 times and save the soul there and that's it for night 4.

Fourth minigame: If you interact with the trash can, mindy mentions how there is a note that says: "The code is in the phonecall". There is also another hint, if you go to the office and interact with the desk, mindy explains how there is something written on it that says: "type your pet's real name in the cam she is." this means in the next night, you have to FIRST go to camera 2B: storage center (Which is where molly is, mindy's pet's name) and type "molly" on the keyboard. Save the soul there and afterwards, listen to the phone call and he mentions "the suffocation of 2008". Type 2008 in the office and save the soul there and that's it for night 5.

Fifth minigame: After mike gets killed, right before the minigame ends, a new objective will appear and state: "Touch the shadow". This means in the next night, you have to click on the shadow figure on the bottom right of the office and complete a very long minigame going through every single one of the past minigames all over again, once the minigame is complete, you've gotten the secret ending and saved all of their souls.

Knowing everything about this game, I can say this game is amazing, my only real complain about the game is that sometimes mechanics are not explained very well or at all even. And that sometimes you don't get enough time to learn the mechanics and sometimes errors are a bit unfair. Also, specifically for this route, some of the minigames are very unfair and/or tedious. But overall its a fantastic game and I highly recommend checking it out.
