With the Aerobotany Immersive Experience, science, technology, and ecotourism come together to reveal the Amazon from a breathtaking new perspective. Using drones specially equipped for research, we fly over the rainforest canopy to study keystone tree species like the Brazilian nut tree. These trees are not only vital to the forest — they are also indicators of its health and resilience.

This innovative approach is part of Wired Amazon, a program by Rainforest Expeditions that invites travelers to become citizen scientists. Rather than just observing nature, our guests actively participate in scientific research, generating real data that helps us understand and protect one of the most endangered ecosystems on the planet.
