Описание: When the F.28 error code is showing it's possible that extreme cold weather has frozen the water in the condensate pipe, shutting off the boiler.. Here's the temporary fix, as opposed to going outside and pouring hot water on the white plastic pipe. Remember to empty the water vessel regularly! Once this is done your boiler will fire up and work perfectly.. now you can go outside and pour hot/warm water over the exterior condensate drain pipe to thaw it out - replace grey tube when you're satisfied that you've removed the ice blockage.
