The Commonwealth has to defend against Red Dragons' aggression.

Bluefor: Canadian or ANZAC decks only – 1980. One player gets UK without limitations.
Redfor: Red Dragons national decks only – 1980. One player gets USSR with unlimited tech.

Proxy states are limited to 30 points.
Win condition: conquest points.
