READ ME Hey #FITFRIDAYGANG! Y'all already know what time it is! 💪🏾😝 Let me just say that this week threw me off a bit! Your girl was overwhelmed do ya hear meh?! 😩 Being on a fitness journey can be so challenging at times because there's so much information and different types of "diets" out there and if you're not careful it can definitely discourage you! BUT don't give in girl! Keep taking it one day at a time and we're going to reach our goals together!
This week, I was able to get some good weightlifting in on my leg day which felt really good because my quads/booty have been sore pretty much all week so I know those exercises were working! With the changes that are being made in my diet and workout regimen, I'll be back more ready than ever next week to get over this "plateau!"
