We've run into some situations where if a user attempts to sinter large cross-sections of a model, it might lead to powder not covering the next layer of powder. It is kind of a subtle thing, so I made an animation to better describe the problem.
The simple solution to resolve this is to reorient the model so that at no point does the model present a large swath of cross-sectional for sintering. However, we are trying to figure out ways to push things to the limit. Check out the link above for more suggestions than the video.
