Hi all,
I have this terrible scratching noise coming from 350watt 36 volt ebike hub motor. It goes together with loss of torque.
Even after upgrading the nylon planetary gears to steel it's the same problem. It started with a single time the noise came very briefly and it only got worse. Now the noise doesn't stop and got big loss of power
