Something I forgot to mention in the video in the hero targeting section is that it's important to target the same heroes. So if I were to redo that section, I would say the priority goes:
#Highest Priority = Hero the rest of your team is focusing or calling for to be focused. Being a TEAM is the most important part of Dota.
#2 Priority = Hero with AoE disables that are ultimates and are not on cooldown. If I can ignore it with BKB, I might skip to priority #3.
#3 Priority = Hero with most DPS
#Lowest Priority = Hero that is easiest to kill
