MonoGame University - 2D Tutorial Walkthrough

This week we kicked off the University to set the focus for the 2D Course:

00:15:00 Introduction to MonoGame and a quick walkthrough the learning content on the MonoGame site, from docs, tips&tricks, What is and How to guides and more.
00:17:20 A showcase of community content, including the resources on Discord and the MonoGame resources site
00:22:27 We kick off the course with a review of the first two chapters of the 2D tutorial.
00:34:40 Overview of the history of MonoGame and its future
00:48:30 Setup a new GitHub repository for the project (Source control)
00:52:45 Get everything ready to set your machine up to build MonoGame titles
01:03:40 And finally, created the project to use for the course and published it to our source control.

Many questions and answers along the way. Stay tuned for next week as we start crafting our 2D game!
