At the heart of our just-concluded Leadership & Digital Initiative for Women with Disabilities in Uyo, we held a powerful Press Conference — and the message was clear:

Women with disabilities are not invisible. They are leaders, digital citizens, and powerful voices for inclusion!

Amb. Freky Andrew-Essien, Executive Director of FAECARE Foundation and other members of the team and beneficiaries of the project, passionately called on government, civil society, private sector, and the media to take urgent action:

✅ Pass the Disability Law in Akwa Ibom
✅ Fund accessible digital centers
✅ Ensure women with disabilities are in decision-making spaces
✅ Shift the narrative from charity to rights
