Using The Relationship-Based Competencies for Family Engagement

Описание: The video is a brief overview of the relationship-based competencies, or the RBCs, show the knowledge, skills, and individual practices that early childhood professionals – in every role - need to engage and partner with families. Each of the ten competencies honors families’ unique cultures and circumstances.
