Описание: C’est une chanson qui raconte un rituel qu’on peut faire pour s’alléger le coeur quand on ne se sent pas bien. Je l’ai écrite à partir d’un sort enseigné par la sorcière Starhawk, auquel j’ai ajouté une petite prière qui dit: “Tout s’éffondre et se construit– tout se transforme ou se termine– tout se répare ou se remplace. Chaque expérience nourrit la suivante– rien ne se perd– même pas la douleur.”

I sat on a chair in the center of an empty room–
I looked into the eyes of the moon and I raised my open hand–
And I stirred the salt into the water with the blade of my knife–

And I spoke the poem,
And I spoke the prayer–
And this is the poem,
And this is the prayer:

Everything breaks and everything mends–
Everything changes or comes to an end–
Everything gets repaired or replaced–
Everything nourishes everything–
Nothing is wasted,
Not even pain.

ONLY A LINK IN A CHAIN!
ONLY A THREAD IN A CLOTH!

And I lifted the bowl to the lips of my mouth, and I sipped at the salt and the water–
And I held the bowl in the cup of my hands, and my body began to vibrate–
And I poured what was left the water down the drain, and my worry went with it–

And I spoke the poem,
And I spoke the prayer–
And this is the poem,
And this is the prayer:
