In-Depth Tempest PvP Guide Using Tidal Rush | With Old & New BG Gameplay

With the new eternal attributes for tidal rush, i knew this build was going to be good from the start. So after testing this in BGs over and over i can confidently say that this is one of the strongest tempest builds, and you probably have never seen it before. I also use this build in Wild Brawl when it comes out, so you can save it for that too!
