Описание: This year has been all about change. As you may know, I often make films about the mental challenges I face. So, it made sense to create a video about all the big changes, lessons, and growth from the past 12 months.

It’s remarkable how much resistance I feel when making these kinds of films, yet how they give me an immense sense of fulfillment once they’re finished and published. It truly helps me process everything better.
