With a story by Froilan Villegas and screenplay and direction by Larry Santiago, Tommy C. David, Felix Villar, and Pablo Santiago, 'Gabi ng Lagim' (Night of Terror) is a four-horror story film. It is based on a radio serial of the same name aired over DZRH radio. It starts with the story of a beautiful woman who mysteriously walks out of a cemetery at night and hoards a carretela for parts unknown. Meantime, an old witch tormented by the unjust death of her son wreaks havoc on those responsible for the tragedy. Then, a dead man, rising from the grave, mingles with the living and turns an innocent young girl into a deadly vampire. Finally, a young housewife who becomes the object of the ire of a vengeful witch, undergoing an ugly transformation to the horror of her husband and her child.
