Описание: In this video, I take you deep into the wild and breathtaking north of Pakistan not through tour buses or travel agencies, but by hitchhiking my way across rugged landscapes and remote villages. I leave the famous Karakoram Highway behind and follow the lesser-traveled road towards Naran, seeking real adventure and authentic cultural experiences.

Talking with locals becomes the key to understanding life here, and unexpectedly, the police become a big part of my journey offering help in the most surprising ways. I hike to the iconic Saif-ul-Maluk Lake and set up my tent for the night. But just when I think I’ve found peace, a man warns me that I might be killed by locals. Yet I choose to trust my intuition, not fear.

My name is Menno Ros, i had the dream to make a worldtrip. I did everything i could to reach that dream. Now i am backpacking solo and live my dream! While i travel on a buget i don't need to think about that since local people showed me there traditions and culture and often offer me local food or a sleepingplace. I did travel to countrys like; Tajikistan, China, Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan and India.
