Remember that you can prevent potential software glitches by regularly updating your Okai scooter’s software through the official app. You can download the app on the App Store or the Google Play Store. ● Note that you should avoid factory resetting your Okai scooter through unauthorized methods to maintain the warranty and its security.
Alternatively, you can factory reset your Okai scooter by:
● Using the easiest option, which involves using your Okai scooter’s reset button. Therefore, you have to switch off your Okai scooter. You can do that by pressing the function button, which you will see on the handlebars, for approximately three seconds. Alternatively, you can tap the NFC key on the display while your Okai scooter is on. That will allow the scooter to be switched off.
● Then, locate the reset button on your Okai scooter, which is often adjacent to the charging port. However, you can always refer to your scooter’s manual to identify its exact location.
● Hold down the reset button for approximately 10 seconds, then release it. After that, switch on your Okai scooter using its power button or by placing the NFC key on the scooter’s display.
