From 3:32, I use the super floating and pass through objects glitches.
There are 6 areas in Sugarbloom Isle and they're located in 4 skyboxes, in this order: Rainbow Swirl, Flip Hall, [Cabinet Corridor, Sugar Walkway, Grace Dining Hall], Sweetness Peak
The Rainbow Swirl area and skybox disappear when you're faraway. The other skyboxes remain visible.
Roucoco's Inner World seems to be a separate map/instance from Sugarbloom Isle and the Perfect Idol version of Spira. It'll be featured in an upcoming video.
