Do not BUY the nyco fan. this product is identical to the original xbox fan the only difference is the nyco fan has blue leds in it. so this nyco fan will not improve cooling. only way to cool your xbox better and drop temperature down massively is the way iv done it in my video. chekout my results of this mod and you will see standard xbox temperature is 59c with a room temperature of 29c. after doing this mod its now at 41c with a room temperature of 29c ! and the fan is no louder than the original. this mod is a must as 59c is close to the limit of damaging the solder on the processor chips.

do NOT cut blue wire on stock fan..orignal fan will burn out at 12v after a while. its designed to run at 5v..common scene tells you im right lol ..so if you did this expect to replace your fan soon if you do that plus the stock fan at 12v is loud. my way runs at 12v.. fan will last for years and it moves hell of a lot more air. hence cooler temps and is no louder than the stock fan.so its all a plus this way.. this is how you should do this mod. i do things the right way or not at all this is why im a trusted youtuber. so anyone that says oww easier to just cut the blue wire on stock fan..go right ahead but you will end up doing this mod in the end because you will eather get fed up of fan noise or the fan will burn out.so dont be lazy do it right first time :) you can use a 80mm fan if you like but 92mm fan gives cooler temps.
