FILM SUMMARY - Seeking stability, our protagonist takes a job at a local data labeling center—the crucial, human-driven backbone of Artificial Intelligence. Immersed in the work, she discovers an unexpected connection: AI, in its rawest form, is like a child—dependent, vulnerable, and in need of human guidance to learn to "walk, talk, and comprehend the world." She pours her hope into this nascent technology, longing for the AI to eventually "see the world through her eyes," a validation she desperately craves from her own daughter in her personal life.

This is a timely, human story that asks: Who gets to define the future of AI, and can a mother’s fight for inclusion change the world's most powerful technology?

ABOUT - Set in the underrepresented world of India’s data-labelling workforce, the film offers a rare glimpse into the life of an indigenous woman navigating the intersection of tradition, identity, and the digital economy. Through her story, the film bridges the abstract complexities of technological change with the tangible, human realities at its core.

With director Aranya’s dedication to portraying the human experience amidst these shifts, the film invites audiences to reflect on how we can build a tech-driven world that values every voice, especially those at the margins.

As we launch our impact screening campaign across the US, our goal is to address the issue of representation in AI development. By highlighting the biases embedded in the AI pipeline, we aim to make a call for inclusive, equitable practices—through a story that leaves viewers informed and deeply moved.
