Sweet lil bistro, stays packed w. the friendliest servers. My go to spot. Easyish on the wallet.
Sushi in Canada is ordered in singles yo, maybe I've been in the states too long but that's dope!
Amebi, soft fleshy fresh. W. Flash Fried shrimp head.
Red tuna, firm, bounce back fresh.
Negi toro minced & perfectly paired with scallions givin the most elegant mush in my mouth
Veggie Gyoza, biting crispy green shell, pleasantly following with nice gushy, comfy center. Ponzu sauce lil on the sweeter side, I'm use to more tart.
Tropical roll, deep fried yam, beet & Avocado rolled 3gether. Drizzed mango/pineapple salsa, topped fresh mango chunks. Wish mango was a lil firmer but the roll itself conquers. All I had to do was put the mango aside. Problem solved. Most importantly sushi rice texture was on point, that alone will always bring me back. PS. Yes I ate it all, standard. #Riceislife
