What’s a sustainable urban density? Episode 159.

Описание: Is there a “sweet spot” for urban density that combines walkability with food and energy security? In today’s episode, I explore this question with two popular tools in several world cities, then extrapolate the tools to Edenicity. I also use first principles to calculate walk times to clinics, schools, transit and restaurants, and check that Edenicity’s garden-to-café food system makes economic sense. As a special bonus, I distill everything down to two look up tables you can use in your own explorations.
