This vegan Mexican lasagna with cashew cheese is so delicious! It's made combining chili sin carne and Italian lasagna and it works together so well, who would've thought! It's basically a natural combination and so moorish! You can get all ingredients in the supermarket (apart from nutritional yeast, which you could actually leave out if you don't have it). A perfect healthy dinner, easily prepared.
