🧘🏽‍♀️This is your personal Crystal Healing Session with ASMR, Reiki and toroidal frequencies. I guide you through this ASMR meditation session to help you heal yourself into a peaceful sleep. I like to use lots of hand movements, a little plucking, soft brushing/rubbing, and other triggers to immerse you into the experience. For this specific session I incorporate the Mag Healy and use the atmospheric program to balance your chakras. I also add healing tones and binaural audio helping to clear out any blockages or stuck energy. Feel at ease as you relax in a safe place and rest into a peaceful state of mind. ✨
