w3m Browser - Reader view to show only the article without a temporary html page

I have improved the keymap code for w3m to enable reader view by removing the need for a temporary html page

Now you can just press the keyboard shortcut for reader view and it pipes the output of the python readability back into w3m

Views the page as html and then deletes the previous buffer that would contain the source code view so you dont have to press back twice to return to the page your where on
