Android Optimizing App Issue

Описание: Mandatory updates! This is why I ditched my HTC Vivid a long time ago. It would "Optimize" every time that I powered it up. Fortunately it only happens on this phone every few months but if you are waiting for an important phone call don't rely on this thing.
