They were following this brief:
"Your film will be a ‘Portrait of a place’.
You are free to define what type of place to focus on (a city, a neighbourhood, a house, an imaginary place, etc.,...).
You may not show the place you are portraying
Other than that, you have creative freedom in genre and style
Ideally, the length should be between 4 and 7 minutes. It may be shorter but not longer."
