These cheese puffs are a really quick lunchbox filler recipe that the kids love - recipe written below.

Cheese puffs recipe :
In a bowl, beat 1 egg
Add 1/2 a cup of milk
1 Cup of plain flour
3 Teaspoons of Baking Powder
2 Cups of grated cheddar cheese (any type works well)
Mix well until it becomes a dough, then roughly blob pieces on an oven tray (keep them messy it adds to the character!)
Bake in a preheated oven at 200oC for 12-15 minutes
