Ingredients
Millets
Pumpkin seeds
Coconut milk
Jaggery
Ghee
Preparation Method
First, dry roast the millets on low flame until they release a pleasant aroma.
Next, roast the pumpkin seeds separately until they become crisp.
Allow both to cool, then grind the roasted millets and pumpkin seeds into a fine powder.
Heat ghee in a pan and add the prepared powder. Fry gently on low flame, stirring continuously.
Now add coconut milk and mix well until everything combines smoothly.
Add jaggery to the mixture and cook on low flame, stirring continuously, until the jaggery melts and blends evenly.
Finally, fry the mixture again for a few minutes until it thickens and releases a rich aroma.
