Todays topic is very important many people ask me how to pay instalments ? We have got our booking done in bwc and received the file as well so what do we have to do next ? What is the method of paying on instalments ?
There are two p
ays of paying instalments one is online there is detailed video I have uploaded regarding that I will share the link here so you can watch it if you want to pay your instalments online

There are some people who are afraid of online system and don’t prefer paying them online

they prefer the typical system to get the receipt and go to bank and pay it there. The bank system is like for example I have a 7marla file of overseas block in my hand

And it comes like this when you get the file as it’s looking in the video with a letter and on the back side of that all the payement schedule is mentioned that how much pymwnt you have to pay every month same way you get some receipts and if they end you get them from us and the society aswell. For example here we have a file of our taqueer Hussain sir and you have to pay the instalments so what you will do is to the pay the installment that

You have to take out one receipt which is attached with three papers white pink and yellow and have to fill all the details on it and after that you have to go the bank and submit it there .

Now the way you have to fill is that mention the date you are going select the bank you are going to Society is having two banks at them one is ubl and other is meezan bank

And let’s suppose you chose meezan bank you will right the place of the certain branch.Like it you will write f8 markaz which ever branch you go to you have to mention that

Than if you’re paying it through cash mention that and the amount you can see it from the back.And the you will write the amount and then you will write it in number and then the customer then you have write your id and depositer name.

And the process for the oversea's clients is that we have there files and paying instalments through us so the procedure of that is we submit their instalments for eg this a slip infront if you.Then you have to write the installment number and plot size as welll.

I will take the receipt to the counter of the bank and will take that certain amount with me. And then submit it to the cashier. Bank will stamp it and will take the first slip out the white slip and will return you the rest one of Now bank stamped the slips we filled both stamps are different. We kept this in our record whenever our client will come we will handover this
