A combination of the texture of the Italian dessert, panna cotta, with the sweet flavors of a classic Vietnamese coffee. My own recipe here where I combined these two into one dessert. Please let me know if you try it out!

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup condensed milk
5-6 tbsp agar powder
3 tbsp Cafe Du Monde coffee
1 1/2 cup of hot water
1/2 cup granulated sugar
Directions
Add 3 tbsp of the Cafe Du Monde coffee into a coffee phin. Place coffee phin over a glass. Pour 1 1/2 cup of hot water into the phin and
allow the coffee to drip filter.
In a saucepan, add milk, heavy cream, condensed milk, and 3-4 tbsp of agar powder. Stir and allow it to simmer on medium high heat to make
sure the agar powder has dissolved.
Pour 1/3 of the mixture into another saucepan. In the new saucepan, add 1 cup of coffee and 1-2 tbsp of agar powder. Stir and simmer on medium
high heat to make sure the agar powder has dissolved.
In a glass, alternate between the two mixtures to create ~1 inch layers. After pouring one layer, let it set in the fridge for at least 15
minutes before pouring the next layer.
For the topping, add 1/2 cup of coffee into a saucepan along with 1/2 cup of granulated sugar. Dissolve and let it cool to at least room
temperature.
After all of the layers have set, pour the sweetened coffee over the top and enjoy!
