I need to waterproof my ICF basement to keep it dry and so that I can backfill right away. The girls and I install a waterproof membrane all the way around the bottom of the basement where it will be covered with dirt. Once thats done I also have to install a perimeter footing drain for drainage, a simple project that came with a lot of difficulty. I needed to get this all done and then have the building inspector come check things over and then I can finally backfill and get the foundation more frost-protected before winter!
