LCS-60T-CQ1 Pneumatic Installation: Connecting Air Pipes & Cylinders

Описание: This video guides you through the pneumatic system installation for the LCS-60T-CQ1 Ton Bag Scale.
It covers connecting the main air supply, the cleaning air gun, and distributing the air pipes to the lifting cylinders.
⚠️ CRITICAL WARNING (1:20):
Pay close attention to the Release Air Pipes (Exhaust Pipes) shown at 1:20. These two blue pipes must remain straight and unblocked. Do not seal them, or the machine cannot exhaust air!
📋 Pneumatic Connection Steps:
0:00 - Main Air Supply
Connect the main air pipe to the Filter Regulator unit. One side is Inlet, the other is Outlet going to the machine.
0:30 - Air Gun Connection
The red spiral hose connects to the separate branch for manual cleaning use.
0:44 - Vertical Routing
Run the blue air pipe up along the column to supply air to the top mechanism.
1:13 - Exhaust Pipes (Don't Block!)
Identification of the exhaust pipes. Keep them hanging down freely for air release.
1:45 - Cylinder Connections
Splitting the air supply into Red and Blue tubes.
Connect them to the Left and Right cylinders respectively.
Ensure connections are tight to prevent leaks.
