Murat Gassiev vs Peter Kadiru | The Least Deserving World Title Challenger in Boxing?

Описание: The WBA had a world title main event fall apart nine days out, and their solution was to hand Peter Kadiru, a 23-1 heavyweight from Hamburg who has never shared a ring with a world top 50 name, a crack at Murat Gassiev's belt.

We break down how a fighter goes from unranked by all four bodies to a full world title challenge in Moscow, and why Joe Joyce, sitting right there on the same card, got passed over.

We get into Kadiru's real amateur pedigree, the one bad blot on his 23-1 record, the only two names on his resume actually worth talking about, and Gassiev's route from unified cruiserweight champion to WBA heavyweight king via a vacated Usyk belt and an upgrade email.

Featuring Murat Gassiev, Peter Kadiru, Joe Joyce, Artem Suslenkov, Tony Yoka, Jarrell Miller, Rico Verhoeven, Oleksandr Usyk, Otto Wallin, Kubrat Pulev, Yuniel Dorticos and Denis Lebedev.
