The Cipher Pata is considered one of the WORST weapons in Elden Ring… or so everyone thinks.
It deals pure Holy damage (arguably the weakest damage type), requires a massive 30 Faith, and is usually mocked as a joke. But during my Worst Weapon Challenge Run, I discovered something nobody talks about.

You’re using the Cipher Pata WRONG.

When one-handed instead of two-handed, the Cipher Pata becomes an absolute poise-breaking monster. With faster R2s, surprising range, and synergy with buffs like Jellyfish Shield, this “trash” weapon turns into a mini Star Fist style stagger demon. If this weapon wasn't tied to holy damage I think it would easily be a top 10 weapon.
