In Dallas Fort Worth, Texas there is a pride for our city from those who live here but there is also an incredible eclectic mix of ideas, beliefs, and more!

JOB OPPORTUNITIES
Dallas Fort Worth, Texas has a healthy job market in various positions and roles. If you are headed this way, there is no shortage of help needed. Major companies are moving their headquarters here!

TRANSPORTATION
Dallas Fort Worth, Texas you are just a hop, skip and a jump from your final destination with 2 airports! Did anyone say Mexico getaway!? It's an easy 2 hour flight away.

ATTRACTIONS
Sports teams, music, arts, theme parks, outdoor adventure centers, science centers and more! Texas is know for it's sports so be ready to support our Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Maverick, and Dallas Stars!

EASY DAY TRIPS
Want to go gambling? Drive 1 to 4 hours across the border to Oklahoma or Louisiana bring back some cash to Texas! Or maybe a salty ocean breeze? Dallas Fort Worth is only 4 hours from gulf coast!

GREAT FOR GOLF
If you are a golfer look no further! The PGA headquarter is HERE!

LAKES, & OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES
Several man made lakes within 15 to 30 minutes! We have a 38' Sea Ray Sundancer on Lake Lewisville and we love being on the water!

LOW TAXES
Can I get a heck yes! No state taxes, but our property taxes vary by community and school districts.

LOW COST OF LIVING
Compared to the rest of the New York or California, Dallas Fort Worth, Texas ranks lower in almost every category for cost of living! You get so much more here!

EDUCATION
Our School systems offer so much from Pre K through University and beyond! We take education seriously in Texas!

CONS
TRANSPORTATION
Yes.... we also have our challenges and are working on improving bike lanes and other options for transport.

MOSQUITOS
They BITE! Need I say more?

HEAT & HUMIDITY
Drink lots of water, get a boat, or hop in the pool! It gets hot here ladies and gentlemen. Winters are mild to cool, with temps ranging from 30's to 50's, rarely dipping below freezing. Spring and fall are pleasant with mild temps amd occasional rain showers. Overall, the region experiences around 230 sunny days annually, making it suitable for year round outdoor activities.

TRAFFIC
While not New York or LA bad, we do have traffic around rush hour times.We have tolls and back roads to use to navigate around traffic. Use 45 minutes as rule of thumb to get to the airport, concerts or sporting events!

GARDENING AND SOIL
Soil tends to shift here! We have some of the best foundation companies around!

GROWING POPULATION
Dallas Fort Worth, Texas is growing by approximately 300 people a day...where will they all go? Developers are responding by building new communities and renovating existing ones to accommodate the growing population.
